labor21.jpgUnder the law, any employer has no right to discriminate an employee based on the following attributes: age, race, nationality, gender, religion or sexual preference. Employee-to-be can file a complain if he is not treated fairly during the interview, or when he has experience inhumanity in the company. Likewise, if an employee is subject to harassment, he can file a complaint whether it is a verbal or physical violence. We’ve always read in paper about these incidents, and in events like this, fear should not be a factor.

Knowing one’s right is the secret to solve inequality within the vicinity of your workplace. Others opted to be quiet unless someone has the courage to speak up, we can keep away from these dilemma.
