Under the law, any employer has no right to discriminate an employee based on the following attributes: age, race, nationality, gender, religion or sexual preference. Employee-to-be can file a complain if he is not treated fairly during the interview, or when he has experience inhumanity in the company. Likewise, if an employee is subject to harassment, he can file a complaint whether it is a verbal or physical violence. We’ve always read in paper about these incidents, and in events like this, fear should not be a factor.
